  1. First, peel 2 bananas and grate them with a grater.
  2. Add 1 cup sugar to the grated banana and mix well.
  3. Now add 1 teaspoon fennel seeds.
  4. Add 2 cups sifted wheat flour to the mixture.
  5. Then add 2 teaspoons milk powder.
  6. Pour in 1 glass raw milk and mix everything well for about 2 minutes.
  7. If the batter looks too thick, add 2 teaspoons more milk and adjust the consistency.
  8. Heat oil properly in a kadai or deep pan for frying.
  9. Take the batter with a spoon and pour it into the hot oil in a round shape.
  10. Fry on medium flame until it becomes light red or golden brown.
  11. Remove from oil and serve hot.
